Canceling Your Account
While we hope you enjoy using the Services, you may cancel your account at any time by contacting our customer support team or in the settings section (requires you to be logged in). For information about the availability of refunds, please review the following paragraphs on subscription plans and payment policies.
Overview of Subscription Plans and Payments
We offer paid subscription plans, which is very simple. On payment plan selected by you, your account will be charged only for 15 days or 30 days (monthly) and 365 days (Yearly).
You’re free to cancel your subscription at any time. You will not be charged any further fees since subscription was terminated.
Refund Policy and Complaints Procedure
We want you to be 100% satisfied with every purchase on TrustHubMedia.com! Your happiness is very important to us so we will always do everything we can to make sure you have a smile. We have refund policies in place (see below) to ensure the quality of all our experiences, but we will always do our best to make things right for you!
For purchases that contain an event, refunds are available up to 1 day prior to the commencement of the original event date that you purchased. After the 1 day cut-off, there are no refunds. Once an event you purchased is sold out, refunds are no longer available for that event. While we want to be fair to everyone, our refund policy is designed to keep the integrity of each event.
We dose not offer any moneyback guarantee for trail packages and any PPV events. You will continue to have access to the service through the end of the applicable billing period. To the extent permitted by applicable law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds for any rebill membership periods.
For all Pay-Per-View events (PPV), there are no refunds once you complete your purchase. If a rescheduling occurs for a PPV event that you purchased, you will automatically be rescheduled for the new date of the PPV event. There are no refunds for rescheduled PPV events.
There are no refunds for missed events. You must be available during the scheduled time you purchased. If you miss your event we will try to accommodate and place you into another event of equal/similar value, but there are no guarantees we will be able to do this since all events are based on availability.
Though before asking for a refund, we would encourage you to Contact our support team to see if there is anything further we can do or try. Our support team does its best to solve any issue or to provide a fast fix to a problem. When requesting to return your money please let us know the reason you wish to cancel your membership, and if there is anything we can do to keep your business.
For security reasons the credit card you use to purchase any of TrustHubMedia.com Packages must be valid when you request a refund. We cannot refund to a credit card that has expired or been cancelled.

Pricing Change Policy
Our prices may change in the future. If the pricing for your subscription does change, we will notify, and provide with an opportunity to change or cancel your subscription.
Payment Information
By providing payment information to us, you agree that the payment information is valid and (1) in your name or (2) in the name of an individual who has authorized you to use their payment information for your subscription purchase.
If you provide someone else’s payment information, you agree that we may refund payment to that person if they so request and if the account is eligible for a refund under this Payment Policy. This may cause interruption to or termination of Services provided to you.
Restrictions and Prohibited Uses
We expect, that our users do not misuse our products or services. You shall not:
- Attempt to impersonate another person or use another person’s Account Information without authorization;
- Use or distribute Services for your own scientific or clinical research purposes;
- Violate or attempt to violate Services’ security features, including logging into a server that you are not authorized to access, or probing the vulnerability of Service systems and networks;
- Redistribute, decompile, reverse engineer, publish, or copy Services, including cracking its flash (.SWF) files;
- Use Service for the purpose of creating a product with a substantially similar look, feel or design;
- Access or search Services by any means other than our publicly supported interfaces (for example, “scraping”);
- Interfere with others’ use and enjoyment of Services;
- Use Services or any trademarks, game names, trade names, service marks, copyrights, or logos of the Company, in unsolicited mailings, spam material, contests or surveys, or to create the impression that such items are associated with you;

Some jurisdictions do not allow the disclaimers in this paragraph, so they may not apply to you.
THE COMPANY STRIVES TO MAINTAIN SERVICES ON A COMMERCIALLY REASONABLE BASIS AND TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT YOU WILL HAVE ACCESS TO SERVICES AT ALL TIMES.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL COMPANY OR ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS AND/OR EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE WITH RESPECT TO SERVICES FOR (I) IN THE AGGREGATE, ANY AMOUNT IN EXCESS OF THE FEES PAID BY YOU TO SUBSCRIBE TO SERVICES; (II) LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR FAILURE TO MEET ANY DUTY INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION GOOD FAITH AND REASONABLE CARE ARISING OUT OF YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF SERVICES; OR (III) ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER.'

General
Severability and Waiver

Change Policy
